It offers an in depth understanding of the practice of yoga postures with correct alignment, linking movement with breath, modifications for injuries and pregnancy, relaxations techniques and developing skill in teaching a yoga class. Approved for the new elevated RYS Standards.

About Us
Our programs draw from the core principles of the ancient teachings of Yoga in India. The practice of Yoga plants the seed of personal growth, bringing the mind, body and spirit in harmony. We encourage our students to develop their own teaching style, finding inner freedom and expression of their true inner selves. To realize their practice by spreading peace, self-acceptance and awareness.
Our practice encompasses Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa, Kundalini and Kriya Yoga. Practices of asana and pranayama incorporate the core principles of the Hatha Yoga Pradapika, the ancient text for yoga. Our Yoga training programs are designed to transform the physical, mental and spiritual practice of our students.
